Ubuntu Neon Wallpaper

A wallpaper made for Ubuntu... it's pretty minimalistic, but I don't like a messy-looking desktop.
It was actually going to be a boot animation, similar to the one here, but I couldn't find a program that could easily make such an animation...

I might make a GTK+ theme that'll go along with this, but so far I haven't come up with any good ideas.
